1. Processing time

Once we receive your order, our team will carefully process it. We will check the accuracy of the information and confirm receipt of payment. This step ensures that your order is correctly assembled and prepared for shipping. Once everything is complete, we will move your order on to the next phase.

2. Delivery time

Once your package is packed, we hand it over to our reliable shipping partner. Shipping usually takes 4 to 5 days . You will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your order at any time.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping is free worldwide for orders over €35.00 – for all other orders there is a shipping fee of €5.90.

Worldwide shipping and stock availability

We ship worldwide and have two large warehouses in the DACH region. Should a product be sold out in one of our warehouses, we will ship it from the nearest available warehouse to avoid items being marked as "sold out". This process facilitates our logistics but may result in a delay of 1 to 2 days . The average delivery time from our international delivery center is 5 to 9 working days in most cases.
